What I did
Updated Google Business Profiles with accurate categories, hours, and location details, and corrected inconsistent listings. I also improved location-page titles and copy to reflect relevant local searches and strengthened internal links to help customers and search engines find individual locations.

What I did
Rebuilt automated email sequences with clearer copy, stronger calls to action, and follow-ups tailored to customer behavior. I refined send timing and audience rules, then tested subject lines and message content to improve performance as part of the broader email and SMS initiative.

I’m Jesse, an independent SEO and email marketing consultant with more than seven years of experience across agency and in-house teams. My background spans banking, self-storage, legal services, and education, where I’ve worked with different audiences, business goals, and customer needs.
What I enjoy most is the mix of problem-solving and communication: figuring out why something isn’t working and finding a clearer way to reach people. SEO and email give me the opportunity to do both.
